Terms of Service - Stay in Frisco

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Stay in Frisco website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
You must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation
Accurate information must be provided during booking
Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly observed

2.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation email with booking details and check-in instructions.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

3.2 Payment Schedule

Full payment is required at the time of booking
A refundable damage deposit of $500 will be authorized on your card
The damage deposit will be released 3-5 business days after checkout

3.3 Additional Charges

You may be charged for:

Excessive cleaning beyond normal wear and tear
Property damage or missing items
Violations of house rules
Unauthorized guests or events

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund minus processing fees
14-30 days before check-in: 50% refund
7-14 days before check-in: 25% refund
Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution.

5. Guest Responsibilities

5.1 Property Care

Treat the property with respect and care
Report any damages or issues immediately
Follow all property-specific house rules
Do not exceed maximum occupancy
No smoking indoors
No parties or events without prior written approval

5.2 Neighborhood Respect

Observe quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Be courteous to neighbors
Use designated parking areas only
Properly dispose of trash

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Illegal activities of any kind
Smoking inside the property
Unauthorized parties or events
Exceeding maximum occupancy
Bringing unauthorized pets
Disturbing neighbors or creating excessive noise
Subletting or assigning the reservation

7. Liability and Damages

7.1 Guest Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, its contents, or common areas caused by themselves or their guests. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the payment method on file.

7.2 Our Liability

Stay in Frisco is not liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, losses, or damages that occur on the property. Guests use all amenities at their own risk.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or terminate stays without refund if:

House rules are violated
Illegal activities occur
Disturbances to neighbors are reported
Property is damaged or mistreated
False information was provided during booking

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, strike, lockout, pandemic, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
